    • I bought my membership through ticketmaster when will I get my activation details?
    • If you bought your membership at the same time as you bought your presale tickets through Ticketmaster.com, then we will send your login details within 5-10 business days. If you have not received your membership details within this time, please check your SPAM folders to see if our message was automatically routed by your email service.
    • After I activate my membership bought through Ticketmaster, will I be able to participate in future presales?
    • No. Each membership bought through Ticketmaster gives you access to presale tickets for only ONE show. If you bought your membership in the same order with your presale tickets at Ticketmaster, then you have used your presale privileges for your account. However, you are free to sign up for more memberships if you want access to additional shows and presales.
    • I received a message saying I reached my presale limit. Why?
    • It appears that you have reached your presale limit. For each membership you have you can purchase tickets for ONE specific show on the tour. PLEASE NOTE: Premium members will be permitted to purchase up to 4 tickets during the presales. Please choose your presale code carefully. While tickets are available, a membership will grant you access to one passcode. In most cases members will be able to split their allocation how they choose (1 ticket for 4 shows, 2 tickets for 2 shows, etc.), as long as the ticketing vendor is Ticketmaster. Because there are different vendors selling tickets for the tour, we can not ensure that a code generated for one specific show will work for all shows. However, we do ask that you carefully consider your presale options before you select the show for which you want a code.     • How do I renew my membership?
    • Your ThePolice.com membership will automatically renew when your next payment period is up. We will charge the credit card that you have on file in out systems. If your card is no longer active, you will be prompted to update your payment information to ensure uninterrupted service. We can, however, help you maintain your username and password.     • If I sign up for three month Virtual Ticket membership can I take part in future presales?

    • Yes. You are invited to use your code to see what is being offered in the way of tickets. The code only becomes void if you successfully by tickets. PLEASE NOTE: As a PLATINUM member of ThePolice.com you can purchase tickets for one show on the tour with a limit of up to four tickets. Please note, if you buy less than the maximum limit of tickets, the remainder does not carry over to additional shows or transactions. Ticket quantities may vary based on availability.
    • Can I purchase my limit of ThePolice.com fan club presale tickets for a show, and then also buy more tickets for the same show through another sale?
    • Each ThePolice.com PREMIUM membership can purchase one order of tickets for one show on the tour with a limit of up to four tickets. We do not place any further restrictions on the number of tickets a household may order, whether through other presales or the general public sale. However, because individual venues have their own business rules, we are not able to guarantee that a household will be allowed to purchase more than four tickets to a particular venue. Some venues, notably many Canadian arenas and concert halls, are very strict about enforcing a policy of only four tickets per household. For venues where this is the case any tickets that exceed the four tickets per household limit will be canceled by Ticketmaster. Please be aware of this when making your decision about ticket purchases.
    European Presales
    • Is there any difference between the North American and the European presales?
    • The North American and European presales work in exactly the same way. Please be aware, however, that because there are different vendors selling tickets for the tour, we cannot ensure that a code generated for one specific show will work for all shows. This is particularly true of the European concert dates, as there are many different vendors handling this leg of the tour. A code generated for a North American presale WILL NOT work for a European presale. In most cases a code generated for a European presale WILL NOT work for another European presale.     • I live outside of Europe. Will I be able to purchase presale tickets for concerts in Europe with my ThePolice.com membership?
    • Every member of ThePolice.com will have access to all presales. It is our hope to offer presales for all dates on the tour. If the Police decide to add more dates to their tour we will be sure to post the news on our site. Please stay tuned for official announcements.
    • Will the code I requested for a North American presale work for a European presale?

    • Can I have The Police's email address?
    • All correspondence with The Police, whether from the staff members, artists, friends, acquaintances or fans, are handled through their personal assistants due to the volume of mail they receives. The Police would not be able to carry on with their life if they tried to sort through and respond to every message they receive. The Police do want to hear from you. The message board section is dedicated to interaction, so if you want them to read something, head over there and post. We cannot guarantee you'll get a response, but your message will get read.
    • I notice that the tour sponsor are having their own ticket presales before the fan club presale. Won't this mean that all the best tickets are gone by the time the club presale starts?
    • We have our own specific allotment for each show that is specifically reserved for our members. Our allotments cover all the different price levels in each venue. If there are any outside presales, they will not influence the seats we already have reserved for our Premium members in any way.
    • What guarantees can you give me about the quality of tickets that will be available in the fan club presales
    • Although we have plenty of great seats available in all price levels during the presale, it would be unfair and unrealistic for us to promise that everyone will receive the best seats in the house. Please note: Premium members will be permitted to purchase up to 4 tickets during the presales. Please choose your presale code carefully.     • We strive to offer a broad cross-section of available seating to best accommodate all interested fans. Tickets are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
    • Can I order my presale tickets over the phone?
    • Unfortunately we cannot process presale ticket orders over the phone. The only way for ThePolice.com members to order tickets at this time is through our online system.
    • I'm still waiting to receive my tickets, who do I contact?
    • Tickets are processed mainly trough Ticketmaster (in some cases another ticket agent is used for certain venues). After you placed your order you received a confirmation. Please contact the ticket agent directly for support with your ticket order. If possible, please have your ticket order confirmation number ready.
    • After I place my order, when will I receive my tickets?
    • You will receive your tickets 4-6 weeks before the date of the show. Please contact the ticket agent for the specifics of your ticket order fulfillment.

    • No. Each ticket you have for an upcoming Police show represents only one 3 month membership. You cannot add on more time from your other tickets.
