Important information about the Ottawa, Buffalo and Salt Lake City presales

This is just a heads up that the upcoming presales for Ottawa, Buffalo and Salt Lake City are not going be hosted by Ticketmaster. Unfortunately this means 2 things:

1 - If you have an unused and active Ticketmaster code from another presale it will not work for this show.

2 - If you receive a new code for the Ottawa, Buffalo or Salt Lake City presales and do not buy tickets, it will not work for future Ticketmaster presales.

We are sorry about any potential inconvenience this limitation may cause.

How do LEGACY presales work?

If you signed up for a PREMIUM membership last year and you have successfully renewed your account for this year, you are now considered a "Legacy" member and will be able to participate in the special the "Legacy" presale windows. How many presales / tickets can I buy in membership presales?

Premium members will be permitted to purchase up to 4 tickets during the presales. Please choose your presale code carefully. While tickets are available, a membership will grant you access to one passcode. In most cases members will be able to split their allocation how they choose (1 ticket for 4 shows, 2 tickets for 2 shows, etc.), as long as the ticketing vendor is Ticketmaster. Because there are different vendors selling tickets for the tour, we can not ensure that a code generated for one specific show will work for all shows. However, we do ask that you carefully consider your presale options before you select the show for which you want a code.

I did not buy tickets for the show I selected; can I use my unused presale code for another show?

Because there are different vendors selling tickets for the tour, we cannot ensure that a code generated for one specific show will work for all shows. However, we do ask that you carefully consider your presale options before you select the show for which you want a code.

PLEASE NOTE: A code generated for a show whose presale is on Ticketmaster will work for another ThePolice.com fan club presale listed on Ticketmaster. The majority of the shows on this leg of the tour will be handled by Ticketmaster.

What does 'Local Time' mean?

If we say "presales start at 1:00 PM Local Time", this means that the presale will begin at the represented time in your local time zone.

For example: if there is a presale in NY, it will happen at 1 PM EST and if there is a presale in LA, that presale will start 1 PM PST.

If you are interested in a presale that is outside your timezone, please make sure to adjust for any time zone difference.
