THE LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN presents ''Drum Solo Week II,'' once again featuring some of the finest drummers in contemporary music, Monday, August 22nd-Thursday, August 25th (11:35pm-12:37am, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The week features appearances by a broad range of drummers from iconic multiplatinum selling POLICE founder, composer and drummer STEWART COPELAND on Wednesday, Aug. 24, voted this February as one of Rolling Stone's 10 Greatest Drummers of all-time, performing with PAUL SHAFFER and the CBS Orchestra, to solo performances by hip hop percussionist TONY ROYSTER Jr (P Diddy, Jay-Z) (Monday, Aug. 22), progressive rocker GAVIN HARRISON (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson) (Tuesday, Aug. 23) and Jazz and Funk legend DENNIS CHAMBERS (Bill Evans, Parliament/Funkadelic and John McLaughlin) (Thursday, Aug. 25). The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants Incorporated. Barbara Gaines, Matt Roberts, Jude Brennan, Maria Pope, Eric Stangel, Justin Stangel and Rob Burnett are the Executive producers.
