ELIGIBILITY: ThePolice.com "Virgin Festival VIP" Sweepstakes is open to both members of ThePolice.com, the official online fan club of The Police and to non-members. All entrants must be 18 years of age and older at time of entry. All entrants 18 years of age or less must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter, and must have a parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of UltraStar Entertainment, LLC, ThePolice.com, Virgin Festival, Virgin Mobile or any other sponsors and their agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate family members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: This Contest begins at 12:01 AM EST on Thursday, July 26, 2007 and ends Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 11:59 pm (EST). To enter the sweepstakes online, simply fill out the entry form on ThePolice.com and you will automatically receive one entry in the sweepstakes OR print your name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip code and telephone number on a 3 ½" x 5" postcard (envelopes will not be opened) and mail to: Police Virgin Fest VIP Sweepstakes, UltraStar Entertainment, LLC. 45 Main St., Suite 636, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 30, 2007 and received by July 31, 2007. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries or mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incorrect, mis-addressed, postage-due, or misdirected entries or mail. Entrants need not be present to win. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. Only one entry per member will be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: An eligible entry must be received as described above. Enter only once or render entries ineligible. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither UltraStar Entertainment LLC, ThePolice.com, Virgin Festival, Virgin Mobile or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers, is responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this drawing. Proof of entering information at web site and/or proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing conducted by UltraStar will occur on or about August 2, 2007. Decisions are final. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of name, voice and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the posting of winners' names online or other online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in UltraStar's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, UltraStar reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to modify or terminate this sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of this termination date.

PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) pair of VIP tickets to the Virgin Festival held in Baltimore, MD on August 4 & 5, 2007. Grand prize winner will also receive merchandise from The Police Store with about $100 retail value. Transportation to and from the festival is not included. Tickets will be held at festival's will-call pick up and available the day of show. Proper photo identification is required to obtain tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up on the first day of the festival.

No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor. Other restrictions may apply.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
